Mac troubles, need help plz

O boy, well here it goes.

First of all I can no longer log into GR, I tried to make a new account even, always says ?Gameranger Quit? Error type 2 occured. So, I trashed all my prefs, zapped my Pram, rebuilt my desktop, allocated more memory to GR. And nothing, it still says same thing. So now I am gonna do a clean instal ( which is a HUGE pain in my ass ). Now I go to where Im supposed to erase my hard drive and restore system software, and it says ? Macintosh Hard drive is the start up disk and can not be restored?, now, my question to all you MacHeads out there is....? WTF DO I DO NOW ?? Im so lost its sickening to me, please somebody help me.

Well Kilzo error type 2 are usually memory errors,check your memory and I wouldn't advise on wiping your HD clean than you'd have to reinstall all the crap, maybe reinstall Rogue Spear and delete Gameranger and I MEAN everything that has something to do with Gameranger files. Than check your ip address and your email to see if its correct than download the latest version of GR and try again if it doesn't work well you're in trouble and prolly need to contact Evill or go to a Apple dealer to check your comp
