Bondo, if you go by that, then Evill can never do anything wrong considering that he has no rules. It's his service, and he has the right to do as he pleases on it, the fact though, is that breaking rules isn't the only way to do wrong stuff. For example, if you lie to someone outside of the US court system, just like if you lie to your friend about somthing, that breaks no rules, it's still wrong though. Sence Scott runs the service, no rules apply to him. Scott did do wrong, I know that this point has been over used, but I have to bring it up again sence it's a very good point. In the US, somthing like what I was ban for is called double jeproady, you know the whole story, you've all heard it many times, the point is, that is all that needs to be said, that simple statement shows that what Scott did was wrong, no more needs to be said.

Disagree with me all you want typhy, but if you went out of your way to get someone from an opponent clan banned from GR, you'd find yourself booted from |?K|.  Easy as that kid.  I also would support *DAMN BL to suspend you as well.  So as much as you want to be the "nice guy" in this, there is no being nice when fools are playing with fire.  They will get BURNED  Call me harsh, call me an asshole, I don't give a fuck!  Anybody that does what Viper did, deserves EVERY LAST WORD of the punishment I suggested.  Especially if they are in my clan.  

Also, don't give Ultimo the pleasure of thinking he got the best of us by tricking us.  Sure you love licking Ultimo's asshole clean, but do that in PM's.  That's not something I'll never stoop myself, and dont' expect my teamates, to do with someone that deceivingly lied to get an advantage on OUR CLAN.  Sure it worked for him and sure it works even better when Your ass is sitting there acting as if what he did is fine and we should simply forget about it.  It don't work like that.  I base everything off that since that proved how HONEST he really is and it reflects on his whole clan and all the drama going on these days.  If you want to support  that, then don't support |?K|.  I am not going to accept his deceiving ways and I hope you're not going to be the ONLY |?K| to support him on that.  If you are, you know what to do...

Thphy did alot of shit, i remember him impersonating at least 6 people and bothering me on GR pretending to be people i know. Asking me all these stupid questions. Did you ever think for one minute the thyphy could of pissed of viper like he did to me and he emailed Evill the chat log. And by the time Evill read it, it was 2-3 months down the road and then he banned him? I find it funny every clan gets along with each other. but   AK......

Wow Snake, you really are a moron.  I clearly stated that Viper did this on his own.  It was afterwards that his clan decided to back up his actions.  There's no way for me or anybody else to know or tell what their intentions were and wether they were even done as a team effort.  It would be easy to know that KoS didn't support those actions, if they would've took disciplinary action against  Viper, but instead, they decided to praise his actions and taunt us by putting it in our faces.  What am I supposed to think when I have all of KoS taunting me that they got my teamate banned?  I don't know where you get off thinking the way you do, but you need to check yourself before you wreck yourself in your own words Snake.  I brought my anger towards Viper and it was their whole team, including Ultimo the liar, that decided to defend and support Viper's actions.  That's why I leave that option open.  Yes, an option.  An option that can't be disregarded simply because of the way KoS is acting about this.  Maybe you'd like to see it disregarded since the KoS's are your buddies and you don't  want to believe they did wrong, but that's your own opinion, and a poor one.  The question remains...  And the more people like yourself that try to bury the truth, the longer this drama drags on.  Do you have SS's of typhy impersonating other members talking to you as them?  I can almost bet everything that you don't.  Leaving that comment to not be justified or credible.  Sure Typhy did wrong by impersonating an administrator, but he did it in an attempt to get people to stop acting like jackasses towards others.  That was needed by a real admin, but not one would help in the cause, leaving typhy the temptation to act like one, since he's seen how they act, and attempt to scare straight some of those trouble makers.   Too bad that's a big no no, and too bad typhy was dumb enough to think he had a right to do that.  That's why I think it is right that Evill banned him, just that I think Evill was way to harsh on him.  Anyways, try bringing an actual point before posting senseless crap Snake.  It'll help out getting thru this matter a little smoother...

Snake, what the hell are you talking about?? I've always found pride in the name "Typhy" and I would never inpersonate anyone, I wanna know what the hell you're talking about with that. Snake, the only time that I remember ever talking to you on GameRanger would be after VooDoo left FBI and it was going down, and I offered you help, thats it.  Rapid, you are correct in saying that if one of our |?K| members did that, they'd be gone in a second. I still stand with what I say in that, the battle league should never force a clan to boot a player, the reason, is that I was forced to leave |?K| for 3 weeks for the CF issue, I think that is the most unfair thing that I've ever seen happen in this battle league.

Rapid, I think of myself as myself in these forums, not |?K| Typhy. The reason for this, is I would like to think that I would state my opinion and how things really happen/ed wether it's what's popular in my clan or not, it's what I think. KoS isn't AK, we run a clan which doesn't tolerate things like that from our members, KoS obviously puts up with things like that, that's okay, KoS and AK are diffrent clans. Also, Rapid, inpersonating someone means that you change your name to theirs, you can say that you've got powers or say that your someone all day, thats not inpersoation, thats just stupidity. Rapid, I believe his point on that was it was you're host. If indexing started on your host, not only Typhy would be effected, but KoS as well. That is bullshit.  I talked to Evill about Typhy's ban the day it happened.  I asked him if he knew that those chat logs were old, from before the warning and he said yes but that he was banning anyways...no mention that it was because he finally had proof.  He just wanted to ban Typhy.
