I talked to Evill on GR yesterday and that was the first time i have ever saw him but he didn't seem that bad.... my thoughts are just don't do anything that would annoy some1, specially him because he has all the power to fuck things up.   i don't know about you, but if there were a bunch of people messing around with my name etc., i would be angry and i guess evill has been messed with b4 which should make him just angrier... mayb he should un ban everyone and try to give people a few chances before handing out the 5 year perma ban cards

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Viper's action fall under Unacceptable Behavior by BL rules?  It is obvious he has admitted to turning in Old chat logs with the sole purpose to get an opponent in trouble to delete that "Threat" present.  It worked like a charm, and Viper got his way and to this day, he laughs about his "deed".  I find that very unacceptable behavior and would like to see *DAMN take action against this player's extra unneccessary curricular activity that caused a senseless Ban.  It's only fair that if Typhy's banned, so should Viper in one way or another.  Thanks.

I actually agree with Rapid on this. He was banned twice for the same thing and he got an active clan player kicked out of GR.

I of course agree with Rapid on this, he brings up a good point. By turning in chat logs that were old etc, just to get someone ban, he is trying to remove a very active Rogue Spear player from his clan and from the battle league, aren't there some rules against it?

I really cannot believe that Viper is actually admitting too, and correct me if Im wrong, PROUD of getting typhy banned. I guess humans can be as dispicable (viper) as they can be awesome (Ben). Goes to show where Evill stands. Since Viper is still playing and ben isn't. I personally would be mortified if I was Evill and found out that I had banned someone on the word of someone as small minded and malicious as Viper. I would immediately uban typhy and disconnect Viper for awhile and Post a personal appology to all members of GR. But thats just me.

I agree with punishing people for their crimes, but justice without equality is basically as evill as no justice at all.

Ok I have a few things to say about this whole issue over the misuse of banning, and a few things to say about Ultimo and Viper.  First off, Viper, get that 3 out of your lame ass name, because no matter what you say i will always and forever, laugh at your being a lameass by substituting letters for numbers.  You being proud of ruining someones fun boils my blood, i dont know typhy that well but what i do know is he is a hell of a better person than you are, and the fact that you blatently admit to it just makes it worse, I will be relaying my thoughts to evill in hopes of getting you permabanned.  2nd, Ultimo, your ass kissing of GR and Evill is not going to make you an admin any faster than you would like, and i know thats what you are trying to do, get on evills good side.  Now about this whole banning thing, it just seems like evill blew a major fuse over a small thing.  Banning players over nothing is totally unacceptable, and before you guys post anything, yes i have read what went on, and yes i do know why ben and typhy were banned, and its not that big of a deal.  I personally believe that R6 and RS made GR what it is today, and evill owes us as much appreciation for using it as we do to him for making it, however i lost most respect for evill because of the allegations against him, regarding what he has said to bondo, ben, typhy, and countless others.  I for one am totally for a protest of GR for all R6 and RS users, lets see what color evills piss is when he finds out no one is using his server.  That is all.

Ult, that fool viper should've been not only booted from your clan, but booted from ever participating in *DAMN BL.  Also, I would like to see him get banned from GR, but lying and manipulating administrators isn't an offense, so lucky him.  It is obvious the WHOLE RS/R6 Community is pissed off at this asshole's actions and it is making us all sick that he sits here and laughs and makes fun of the wrongful actions he took.  That is by far Unacceptable Behavior and it really doesn't surprise me that you support him Ult, since you are a manipulative liar yourself.  I'll never forget having respect for the whole KoS clan, until the day you tricked me and my clan to have a CB in your server, promising a CB on our server to make it even.   And then turning around and throwing a dramatical poor theater act claiming you only had promised to have a CB on our server and your server on the rematch.  You are full of shit and no wonder a lot of your members act like they're full of shit themselves.  You lead the parade of morons and your only hope is to kiss Evill's ass to hope for the better.  Keep Brown nosing, and simply end up with a shit face and no respect from no one in this community.  Keep supporting Viper's actions and keep showing our community how lame your clan is with the activities you support, if not organized, and how lame all your comeback answers are.  You're diggin your grave and it's already 8 ft deep.  Any lower and you might as well become Hell Monitor.  Fool.

I disagree with Rapid in his statement that Viper should be kicked from KoS, ban perminantly from the battle league, and ban from GameRanger. - First off, the CF issue showed me how unfair being forced by the battle league to leave your clan in, and I will never suport the Battle league in kicking someone out of their clan. Perminantly ban from the battle league is a big harsh, yes, he tried and was sucessful in removing a very active member, also, I don't think that banning from GameRanger would be fair either, much like my ban, way to little to hand down a perma for, I do agree that two out of these three things should happen though, just on not quite as high of levels as he might like. Viper, and Ult both know as well as I do the exact reasons for Viper wanting to get me ban, I don't think they're anything though that needs to be said in a public forum. I would like to see Viper recive a sentence of being ban from the battle league until I am able to return to GameRanger. - While my guess is that he never said that those chat logs were new, I'm almost positive that he didn't mention how old they are. - He knew that the age of them was an inportant thing, and it's dishonest of him not to have mentioned that in his email to Evill.

I would like to see a 2 week ban from GameRanger. Nothing to long, but somthing that would give him time to consider his actions and how they have effected me. The most frusterating part of this, is that Viper has no regrets twards what he did. He just pulled the trigger, laughed and walked away. Up to this day, I still do, and will continue to have respect for the KoS clan. But much the same as my respect for PsYcO aSsAsSiN, I respect what you've acheived as a clan, but I think that you're assholes, ( Some of you ), don't get me wrong, there are many KoS that I like a lot, Geek USA and Hockey Guy are just two examples. Up until about a month ago, I had tons of respect for Ultimo, I still have a little, who can not have respect for someone who leads one of the best clans on GameRanger. But in the time that I've been ban, all that I've heard from Ultimo is negitivity twards me. Durring the issue of whos host the |?K| vs +-KoS-+ cb should be on, I was in the group of people who just said "I don't care what host it's on, I juts wanna get out there and battle". I think that Ultimo and Rapid were the only ones who really cared about this, I don't fault either of them for this, I am just using this as an example of how Ultimo and I used to get along and agree on many matters, bad example kinda, but I don't feel like deleting it and writing out a new on, ;)  I think that most of you can see my point that I am trying to make through it.

The fact is, that I still and will always respect the KoS playing skills, but many of them, in the case of Gorf, Ultimo, Viper and a few others, I no longer respect as people. If Viper would show a little remorse twards what he did, I'd be a lot more likely to just say "Oh well, it's over now". But when all that I hear from him is things like "You're right, it was fun". And stupid little things like that, then I think that he deserves some kind of penalty. It takes a pretty messed up mind to attempt to get someone ban who you've never even met, I find some of the logs that Jeb and others who were there have shown me pretty bad, you know what I'm talking about Viper, you didn't get me ban because you dislike me, you got me ban as a way to piss off Rapid, and for sevral other reasons that most of you can figure out just by looking at the Battle League pages. Once again, I'll say that I would like to see some kind of a punishment handed down to Viper, not as severe as what Rapid has sugested, but at least some kind of a punishment so that we can all see that behavior like this won't be acepted.

As for the requests for Viper to be banned or suspended from the BL (talking for myself not the BL) his acts were undoubtedly harsh and cowardly...but I don't see that as reason to kick him out of the BL.  In the end it was Evill's choice to have you banned not Viper's...so it is Evill who must be blamed fully.

It's his fuckin App, he can do what he pleases. All i have to say is that as soon as something else comes out, I'm the first one on that rocketship out of GR.

If all you ppl would jsut learn that you should not trust anyone as far as you can throw them. I learned long ago not to get too comfortable in any kind of situation, and don't put effort into things that are not really worth it. Just like Typhy and Ben, it will always come around and bite you in the ass.
