Cobra's right about this. You are legally responsible for anything that happens if someone downloads this map.
Let's say an avid RS player loses it and goes to kill people at his school. Due to playing RS for quite a while, he would be quite effective. No ambulances - just hearses.
His understanding of SWAT/CQB tactics would cause the local SWAT team to pause for a while, to plan their assault, while he has free time to roam the school. He would be well armed, probably have several loaded magazines at the ready, and have one or two backup weapons. The ammunition he purchases would be well suited to making one shot kills. He might even have a dedicated weapon (a rifle) for use against police officers, probably loaded with armor piercing or FMJ.
There is a 90% chance that he would be using protective body armor, allowing him to defend himself longer against the SWAT teams that have MP5s or SMGs. Fragmentation grenades or WP grenades are readily available. I have a M203 under my M16A2 (flattop) with 20 rounds of 40mm HEAT. Purchased legally. That round would kill a SWAT APC or police car. It would only damage a tank.
Let's say that after killing 30 kids, the SRO/DARE officer, and perhaps an advance unit sent by Sheriff/Police, he barricades himself in a room full of kindergarteners, kills the teacher, and proceeds to kill a kid at a rate of one every half hour until a helicopter picks him up with 3 hostages. Just like in R6/RS/CO, books, and movies.
The Swat team moves in. Maybe he put up trip wires, so he knows they are coming. He lobs a grenade down the hall at the same time they toss a Flashbang at him. Half the SWAT is dead or down. The rest of the team is disoriented. In the ensuing firefight, several kids, a police officer, and the hostage taker are killed.
After the outrage, RS is found on his computer, along with this mod. Maybe his school is different, but a replay he saved shows him systematically taking out all teachers and students in the "school".
You are as legally responsible as much as he is, his parents, etc. Crazy, but true. You aren't just looking at a civil suit - you might be held as an accomplice or conspirator. Even if you weren't found guilty, your life would be tarnished with this felony arrest.
