Just finished playin Operation Just Reward from @WAR, and I think it's a hot mod! You are Delta, you are inserted onto a ridge above a training camp in Afganistan, and you have to take out Bin laden. There's like 5 or six missions (@war style) but they aren't impossible, definitely toned down from the ST6 mod. Go get that at http://www.planetrainbowsix.com/atwar

Also, a new map called "Forgotten base". it's a really good winter map, looks like it could be an official RS map the way it is. Good layout, good textures, and I just like snow maps, go check that out also over at @war, it's done by those swedish guys, sorry can't remember the name...

Hello, from Fort Mc Murray, Alberta!  First let me tell you that all of K shift shovel crew, Suncor Energy has been donating to the United way to help those in need in this bleak hour of our history, and we are pushing hard to provide as much oil and petroleum product as we can crank out to support our brothers and sisters in the fight for freedom, because we truly are in this together.
Secondly, let me tell you that all of your mods absolutely KICK ASS!  Very high quality work, with nary a hiccup!  I know that this is not the place for this post, but i'm pretty green to computing in general, and I've been dying to give you a hearty THANKS!! for all the work you have done, and I'm standing by patiently for your latest release.  (Well, not all THAT patiently, lol!)  Anyhow, even though i absolutely suck at rs in general, DTD mods keep me hooked, and coming back for more.  Anyone can feel free to email me if they wish, even if you want to vent at me for posting here!

Well thanks for the compliments, and also for your hard work and attitude. I only have the one forum and that's how I like it, you can post anywhere you want to about whatever. We have put in the most work into this upcoming US TAC MOD, and I promise it will shine brighter than all our others! I am just getting souped up myself, thinking about it. Thanks for playing DTD mods and I hope you enjoy the new one as much as the others!

Thanks Cocs for the plug...but i had to remove it due to the bad press it may attract. Even Veritable called it unprofessional.

So its gone from the public...i'm gonna do the minor fixes etc in the near future and just distribute it internally.

psshhhhh Truthfully the only thing I saw wrong with the mod is that you made the 2 operatives, Bin Laden and Taliban guard... didn't quite get that... But it's a nice map, I really don't see the big deal. If the target was Saddam Hussein, would it be recieved differently? Unprofessional, nah... But with the NY Times getting wind of it, I can see how ppl can get spooked, hosting you. Also with Ubi Soft getting contacted about it... Ah well I enjoyed it.

i left 2 dudes waiting by the car's mission failure exit with assult rifles, had [Joe Distraction] get him driving, and when you-know-who got to my "road-block" he got two in the head and drived off the cliff/map!!! u could still hear the horn! (of course the plan involved lots of "area cleaning" *coughcough-sniping-coughcough* beforehand so as to be able to GET to the designated road-block area without getting shot...)
