HELP!!!

Hey folks.  I know that this might sound like a total newbie question and well it is but I am hoping that I can get some help from you all.

I am new to RS and UO and all the mods etc. that go with it.  I downloaded US TAC.  Its installed and ready to go.  I started UO and activated US TAC mod.  Things looked like they were going just fine.  I picked out my team members, kits etc. and away I went.  NOT.  I was told to put in the CD rookie.  Well the UO cd was in.  I hit ok.  Nope same message.  Well I took the cd out and put in back in.  Still no go.  I tried putting in the RS cd to see if that would work and nope it wouldnt work either same message.  

Can some body give me some help on this one?  I would really like to give some of those new weapons a try.
