Try to learn the basics and I'll give you pointers once you get rolling. There's way too much to explain here, and pictures are necessarry. Go look on the @WAR site, they have a load of tutorials, including the excellent CK tutorials on weapon modelling. Run thru those, make sure you read the readme's in the weapon exporter (get the wep exporter and map plugins from redstorm) and when you get comfortable I'll let u know the things I do. It takes a while to get comfortable with it so take your time...
