Just Amazing

I was looking at another forum today and I saw a thread where someone said they did not like the RDG mod that Coco had worked so hard on because the weapons were from all our other mods. As of right now we have made a total of 212 Primary Weapons (with models) and 161 Secondary Weapons. As of right now we have a total of 143 weapons that are sitting in mods that have not been released yet. I guess what I am trying to say is that TAC Teams only use so many weapons, and I think we have come to a point where the MP5 and others can only be modified so much, but for those of you who like to complain...give me some good side pics of the weapons we should have added and I would be glad to make them for another mod.

Well, I don't like any mods so I wouldn't single one out as being bad.  You guys do great work for those who do like mods though.

Cobra: Thsi guy is a complete arse. Does this mean he doesnt like any mods at all because 90% of the mods going which involve weapons use similar types. As you said there are only so many variations you could have. I have some which havnt been used much and some which I havnt seen before, plus some others which I made up and look right. Ill drop you a link when I ve finshed

Well bondo everyone unto his own I guess. I just cant imagine banging away on the ole keyboard years after r6,rs, and uo have been released, playing with the same ole weapons. Ive tried it and just couldnt stand it, I did enjoy playing online without mods though.

I have to admit that statement surprises me too. Just remember bro, those that dont like what ya do are sure as hell free to spend countless, and I mean countless, hours learning how to make a mod themselves. Then they can put any type of weapons they desire in their mod.

Its not just about weapon models folks, its about detail. Yeah everyone has their own style, and very few are great. But its about the whole package, look at splash screens, variances in wep sounds, wep performance, unis, reticules,  etc. And in many cases, thats just the beginning. These boys have their shit together, and by far put out the best damn mods. Thats just my opinion, but what the hell, my opinion is all I care about. Sorry for the soapbox tangit

What i sad pice off shit u should'nt listen to half wits like that the RDG mod kicks ass as do all the DTD mods so keep up the good work .

i dont think thats fair saying that. I mean your mods are great!! The RDG mod has loads of new weapons! and if they arent new theyve been setted new (wich isnt so good because most of the handguns hardly effect the tango(dont take it personaly))

Warden Mac hit it right on the head. Especially in RDG, it's not a "weapon mod", the weapons are supposed to be ones used by the fictional RDG. A few are the same weps from other mods, sure, but if they are, the texture is completely different and the look is different. Models like the G36c, are completely new but since I had previously made a different model of that wep for HKITD, I guess it doesn't count, lol.. We've done so many weps that if I left one out just because we had done it before, the selection wouldn't be much!

RDG is supposed to add to all areas, not too much in one or another but an overall feel. I think RDG does that and it leaves itself open to future enhancements and upgrades.. thanks all especially Cobra and WM. Anybody have the link for that forum?
