Hi Coco & Co,
Yesterday I watched the SEK (Sondereinsatzkommando = SpecFor of the german police) training a simulated hostage rescue in the town I live in. I never saw them real before (just on TV). But they looked very cool: Jeans-trousers, t-shirts (nothing special), black vests with POLIZEI on the back, MP5 SD, PDW, I think PO8 in holsters (there were knives next to the pistols). On the head they were wearing black masks and helmets with cover (german camouflage pattern). Now my question: is there already a skin? if not, would others be interested in?
And last but not least, would the DTD team do it (if they have time and are in the mood)
Greetz

PS: sorry, for the long thread, but I wanted to ask it.
PPS: Sorry, I hope my english is not so bad ?Wink

well GSG9 is not bad either, but the SEK looks quite strange with the civilian cloths and uniform parts/equipment. That makes them more interesting for me!

I like the civilian clothes with the tac gear also, After the ISDF mod is done I will be doing some more diverse skins for GR, so I'll keep it in mind.

Reminds me of the Hong Kong SDU, in one of my favorite movies called "First Option", if you guys want to see a cool movie with the Hong Kong SDU bumping heads with a corrupt CIA agent and a squad of rogue SEALS, check your local video store!

I never said that, I never would. But for the present we're going to try our hands at GR. Truthfully, I have a feeling that Sum Of All Fears will be a better CQB game, although somewhat simplified.

I love the Hong Kong SDU and the SEK.
Not only the movies, the SDU officers often dress in civilian cloths and uniform parts/equipment if they are in hurry, like facing heavily armed gangsters(with AK47s)in early 90s.

I downloaded the Sum of All Fears demo the other day. Coco is correct. Same exact feel as gr, same movement, options (except you cant lay down, just kneel down to one knee) most everything is identical to gr. Does appear to have cqb maps though. Demo has a prison facility map. Looked good.
