sure float on is good but there are plenty of better modest mouse songs that aren't played on tv
examples...
karma payment plan
polar opposites
doing the cockroach

Of course there is also other good stuff from them, but I think they have a complete other style than Float On, that aren't that catchy.

Oh yes Catatonia ad their chart hit Mulder & Scully. My Catatonia favourites so far are Dead from Waist Down, Road Rage, Don't need the sunshine and last but not least My Selfish Gene. - Great music.

Bye,

sorry guys but float on licks the dandruff off my grundle, and so does modest mouse. not only are they dull, but they can't even play their crap suck music live...not even the singer, and all he's doing is just talking like an idiot most of the time. what a load of hype over nothing.

sorry if i offended. here's the real pwn:

Right now I am listening to the Cricket on the TV on the background....

For those of you from north America that dont know what Cricket is... its a ballgame, nothing like baseball, as you need to think.

Damn i didn't realise those little old Welsh nutters were so popular! Road rage and Mulder & Scully were classics, top tunes!

At the advice of a friend im now listening to "The Streets- Originial Pirate Material" ...it is apparently "Pure garage" hmm some of it dosn't even deserve to be called garage, but some of it is actually very clever! Smiley

ps... cricket can suck ma nuts base ball is defiantly superior.

Yes there are many "phallic" things in life. It's quite amazing if you ask me. It just makes me wonder what people have on there minds these days. Rap music is about 90% of the time guys singing about their hoe's. It's rather disturbing, and sad at the same time. Why can't we sing about happy things  Grin
