Maybe some commitee should be founded to set the Raven Shield cb  rules. So its ready for ladder play for season 7...

I agree.  Also, while we are at it.  Toss in a Halo Ladder to if possible.  I havent played it but I understand its gaining alot of popularity.

This would be a very good idea, even though most people don't have the game yet, Season 7 could be a very good initial season for RvS.

I also agree, seeing that I'm in a  Halo clan, and this kind of support like a ladder would force Scott to put Halo on GR.

Crypt, the easy part is for Evill to put it on Gameranger, the hard part is getting the software develepers that made Halo to work with him.

Hmm, you have a point, and a good one at that, but I think that GR support would bring more people to buy the game.

I think KoS could help out makin rules for the RvS ladder and the halo ladder i dunno about. I think the offer should go to some of the guys who have been around longer then GhR. No offense to the GhR doods but us RS vets have been around longer and share the same common intrest that could create a very "defined" ladder. Any thoughts?

The halo ladder is a short bus idea for sure. Why don't you people use the AA ladder before you go running around proposing any new ladders that aren't of tom clancy origin.

I don't have any suggestions for the rvs ladder because i don't have a great handle on the game yet. It would be cool to see a FFA ladder.

Im not speaking for Mauti, but the chances of a halo ladder are slim to none. Ive had halo now for 2 weeks and already lost interest. Its a weak game and reminds me to much of elite force.

Geez, there are other opinions out there, I mean a R6/RS type league obviously wouldn't have much room for a Halo type game, but i think it's a great game, and in some ways better than RvS and other games.

Yeah Halo is a great game.  the way they incorporate the vehicles is pretty sweet.  The one thing I dont like about Halo though is that there are already people who have developed cheats for the game.  In either event there is no punkbuster for Halo yet, and no way to boot someone from the game as far as I know.  Another frustrating event especially when you get into a good MP game and you're teammate starts tking everyone on his team.  So unless those issues are addressed I cant see there being any league for Halo at this time, unless I am misinformed about anything listed above.

it is good... very good. Different but good. Wish i could see the vertex shaders etc in their true beauty buy my graphics card can't hack it. MP games are sweet and like sab said the vehicle implementation is awsome... Tk'ers are not and communication is inpossible... But i can really see halo MP games coming to live with Netfone or equivelent and clan guys playing together...

I think ive allready come accross 2 guys online cheating in some form... bloody invinsible!

My opinion: Almost no game can create a ladder on *DAMN without GR support. You have no flow of new people therefore the same people are playing Halo and other new games like RvS, the ladder wouldn't succeed. Just my opinion.

I agree that ladders for games without GameRanger support can?t really survive. Simply cause of the lack of people playing. Ghost Recon lives on GameRanger.

To Raven Shield though... It HAS GameRanger support. The biggest problem is that most of the people can?t run it yet on their slow machines. Smiley

A halo ladder is a really dumb idea. AA had a bit of support behind it, but due to the complexity of setting up cbs no one did anything. Halo will be the same way since there is no gameranger support. Why don't the 3 people who want a halo ladder look to the PC world rather than bothering mauti with pointless work.

Civic, people not having fast enough machines happens with every new game that comes out.
