Web counter on main page

Am I the only one that's noticed that the visitors counter on the main page reset a little while ago?

I'm just curious...but it seems a shame to reset it when it had gotten so high...

Although, with my varying IPs and fondness for bookmarking the main page and then linking to the forum, I probably accounted for about 1000 of the various visits and page views

Lol Loud, I don't reset the counter its the server who screws regular my file but I am logging the visitors on another file as well. Just have to replace the screwed one. The actual visitors are now visible again.

As a side note currently we have up to 10.000 page views daily and up to 700 unique visitors.
