I was just wondering if and/or when the finalists were getting those jewels, and i would also like to know if they were availible for the Siege and CQB ladders seeing that we (BTs) won those.

I just now saw the post where mauti said there wouldn't be any icons, which is understandable, but we worked really hard for those ladders, and I'm not gonna complain, but if there will be icons, I'd like to help design them or help with how it should look.

The reason for there not being icons is that many admins thought that giving the league a prize would make it more competitive creating more flaming and issues which was not the goal of the ladders.

The winners will be recognized in one way or another.

Becuase the team ladder has an icon were all fighting for gives us reason to flame away.... Yet of course there were no flames what so ever on the cqb an siege ladders were there?

Eight I think I even mentioned it back in the days where we discussed season 5 changes that only the competition ladders will have a winner icon simply because the fun ladders don't have cb limits against clans, etc. They are ladders where you play only for fun and I think that was a reason why we didn't have any issues in the fun ladders contrary to the competition ladders were often emotions went high.

Fun ladders can be challenging, but overall, isn' t the team ladder 'fun' too? We worked hard for CQB (and siege) I think there should be some sort of icon out there.

I have rediscussed your wish with my admins and we come to the conclusion that each winner of a fun ladder should get an official FUN LADDER WINNER icon as recognition for their efforts during a season.

In season 5 there were only 2 fun ladders and both were won by BTs. So BTs you have won these 2 FUN Ladder icons:


One for winning the siege ladder and one for winning the CQB ladder. The small letters next to the FUN WINNER are "S#5" standing for season 5.

Have fun and I also gonna send Eight the icon.
