Iraqi Freedom for Mac

(I originally posted this in the "general" forum, but someone suggested it belonged here.)

I'm new to *DAMN, so I'm not sure by what process mods that are released in a PC intstall (.exe) become repackaged (.sit or .zip) for the Mac and appear in the *DAMN download directory. That being said...

Any chance we'll be seeing a Mac version of the new Iraqi Freedom mod:

Isn't this the same operation iraqi freedom mod that has all used models from the community, although with incredibly unrealistic weapon stats, like the M4 RIS with 60 rounds?
