Begging Please

OK im begging now guys can i get one of you master graphics guys to make us a banner for our site containing a few of the games we have listed on there and a nice look sorta like transition from game to game . the reason for me begging is that we are on 6 or more top 100 sites and are in the single digits on them. that means alot of people come there and i think the banner is a big turn around for them who do show up. please please please sme one help this useless designer
