For those of you that enjoy reading, what kind of stuff do you read?
What is your favorite book?
My favorite book is
The World According to Garp
, by John Irving who is also my favorite author. I am currently reading
Infinite Jest
by David Foster Wallace. I would recommend both, but I especially Garp? its very well written, and the scope of it is unbelievable. Probably the most thought-provoking book I've read.

I prefer non-fiction. One of my favorite stories is a real one of a Vietnam Vet. The author is Tobias Wolff. This isnt one of thos brainless marine sniper journals you find in the supermarket. The man is poetic and he is very humorous. I also enjoy many of Tolstoy's works. My favorite book would probablly have to be the book War and Peace.

Right now I'm reading "Why Gorbachev Happened", a biography about..that's right, Gorbachev. Very interesting so far. Of course, I love Tom Clancy, and all sorts of war novels and such.
