Help!

I just downloaded version 1.3 of IDF and I can't seem to get it to go past the Ghost Recon splash screen that initially comes up (the one before the intro videos). I tried adjusting my screen resolution to 800X600 and tried changing my color from 32 to 16 bit, neither of which seemed to work. The mod seems really cool and I really want to play it-- so do you guys have any suggestions?

BTW I'm on a celeron 1.4 Ghz with 160 MB RAM and a 64 MB GeForce 2 Video Card....

Go in and make sure it's the highest priority mod. Also, please read the IDF 1.3 threads her and see if your question was answered before. This may help narrow it down.
