Ghost Recon 1.4 patch it out!

Well , here's my update on my efforts to install island Thunder - I can't get those .cab files open at all. I've tried downloading a bunch of .cab extracting utilities into VPC5 but none work - they see the data files as invalid .cab formats. I've tried cabextract, zipitfast, winzip, stuffit (both pc and Mac), and ICEOWS...but none of them work. Can anyone suggest a PC extracting utility that might work?

I should add that I'm using Windows 98...

Toby you could ask Cocobolo to send you his Ghost Recon app that should be enough to fake the installer. If not transfer your mac ghost recon files to your pc and replace the Mac GR app with the PC one

Hey Guys!

I have a problem and i hope u can help me. I downloaded the patch on www.versiontracker.com. Now when i want to update, it says something like my ghr version is incorrect or has allready been updated (but its the version 1.0!!!)

Is there anybody who has this problem or am I just too stoned?

this is all you need to do. Sniper had the same problem and this is how i talked him through it. Take ur ghost recon folder and drag it to the desktop. dbl. click the updater and make sure that the path is correct, updateing the game on ur desktop. Hit continue....and now ur updateing.
