AWOL Again

Well sorry about not telling you all where I was. I was taking my Scout troop down a river in Alaska. My dad let me carry the 870, didn't get to shoot a bear but got a seagull with 000 buck when I got bored. He (I think it was a he) took 7 of the 8 pellets.

My next gun purchase will either be a Remington 870 Marine Magnum or a Ruger in .480 Super Redhawk. The .480 has taken Kodiak grizzlies weighing 1200 pounds (A respectable weight) with one shot. The Marine magnum is 'cuz my dad and I will be starting a wilderness river canoe trip guide service for rich city folk. Our 870 got a slight bit of rust on the receiver, am going to scrub that off now.

Got some cool pics of the trip, will get them on tomorrow maybe. Going to Colorado for a couple weeks (cousin's wedding) so see you all then.
