I don't think Stan Lee did , but i ain't sure ? I was thinkin about it because i don't think Stan Lee created any of the violent characters of the Marvel universe . For example i beleive John Romata created The Punisher . Remember , Stan Lee created the X-Men , but Wolverine wasn't an original member , and his first appearence was in The Hulk .

I didn't recognize the name either , but Wolverine is old and i wasn't totally surprised i didn't know the guy . I was just betting Lee didn't do it , he just likes the pansy soap opera kinda stuff i guess .
