Anyone seen this film yet?

As i thought it would be, simply amazing and what you expect you will get.
I saw it yesterday and it was 100% worth the money, and i'm even gonna
go watch it again.

I also found out yesterday Stallone writes the stories himself, i wasn't aware of that?
that's pretty cool he still does his thing - i somewhat got the feeling that the point
of this movie is ' age doesn't matter ' and as a quote he said you get
older outside, but inside your heart will never get old. (the world has changed a lot)
Somewhere in that direction :s

I haven't seen it yet but I've only heard good things.  I'm a fan of boxing (mostly classic bouts) so when I heard about this I sorta laughed it off... I mean, the oldest man ever to take the heavyweight boxing champ was Jersey Joe Walcott at the age of 37.  It's unrealistic that a 60 year old (or 50 or whatever age he plays in the movie) would win the heavyweight championship vs. a man in his 20's or 30's.  I guess I'm just too much of a realist.  I do realize that it's hollywood and they can get away that sort of thing.  Not a movie I'd pay to see in theatres but I'll definately rent it.

heh, no... I just assumed.  Good to hear, that should make it much better than I thought.
