spike don't dislike cops on principle. of all the one's i've met, the only one that was a dick was a detective...the rest were real cool.

There is only two cool cops I know where I live, the rest are all dicks.  You could be sitting on a public bench and they will tell you there is no loitering here or something because they think you could cause trouble.  Btw those two cool cops are cops that actually have kids that go to our school so they let you have some fun.  But other than that, this describes a cop perfectly.  Stupid, and they think they can whatever they want, but not when there is a camera around.
