A Dilemma.

I'm looking for colleges but my first problem is a college major - I was wondering if anybody here was majoring in either Biotechnology or Computer Science and what they thought of it and some suggestions.

Shade, best thing to do is look at colleges you WANT to go to.  There see if they have something you like and ask for a mock schedule of it to see what it's like.

Yeah, my first major was in Computer Science...I hated it!  But then, I hate all forms of math...lol.  I soon switched to a dual-major of History and Political Science.[/size]

i would suggest, like blitz, that you look at the schools you like. since you're not sure what you want to major in right now, i would pick a school and go in as an undeclared major. once you take some classes and get the hang out it, you'll be able to tell what subjects really interest you, and which don't.

Hmm - thanks for the help.

I don't like math either as much as I do science.

But I do like computers.  I was also looking into Computer Software Engineer...
