I have been banned from gameranger... I don't know why it happened or anything. I can't log on anymore...Says I can;t log on... Say hello to GS!

Ok it happened like this... I have been having problems with GR because like every day it pops up this message saying I can't continue unless I delete my preferences. So I deleted my preferences and now when I try to log on it says I am currently suspended. I don't know Wtf i did.
