Why do that when I already had a legally purchased full version of PhotoShop that I just have to upgrade every few years?  I may not use most of the features, but if I ever do need them, they are there.  What improvements does PhotoShop CS give you over 7.0?

G5 Enhancements. Slightly modified interface for easy of use. Better filter stuff. You can look up more.
