This is not third party but imo it's the best training you can get:

Game mode: Recon (coop)
Respawns: None (it's IMPOSSIBLE with respawns so don't even bother)
Time limit: 5 mins
Map: Red Square

Running to the extraction zone takes just a bit less than 5 minutes... So you have to keep up the tempo ALL the time. You can't afford to slow down at ALL. This makes your reaction time better and accuracy tends to get up as well.

I just emailed them to Archon ...
Please post them up and a link for all to grab...
I can also give to Mono...
Who ever else wants it leave a email here and ill send for now...

We will be making a 01 mod with this and so many more goodies...
The Mod will not effect the game play, but instead add features, such as custom weapons, maps, soundfiles, command maps, reticles, uniforms, this way it will be  a mod everyone can use...and add more playability to the game...(specially after they see the custom uniforms),,but thats later....
for now imma smoke some purple kush.....
