Is there any possibility of NED being somehow factioned into three files so 56k users can download it? Fileplanet does not allow resuming, and that was my only way of downloading 100+ meg files in the past.

no problem I gonna upload you the mod in 3 pieces but with my upload speed it will need some time...

Due the high happy new year traffic the upload will need a little bit longer. Currently I'm only getting 2 - 3kybte upload speed. So I think I won't make it today but it should be up soon.
