I liked Blair until he started his quest to be Winston Churchill part II. But I can always forgive him for that quirky British accent. Seriously, I will pay British people to talk, their accents rock. The only accent Americans are really known for is the Southern accent and I think we all know how annoying and nasal that is. The British accent on the other hand is the very sound of sophistication. And abe is right, collective security failed in the instance of Bosnia/Hergozovia because Russia sat on their hands like douche bags.
