I was wondering if someone could tell me how to do multi-texturing and I can't figure out how to make my scopes look right. If any one can help me I would greatly apreciate it

I did that for the flashlights and silencers... Just make a texture for say, a silencer, and go into 3ds and make a model of the silecner, say a 6 sided cylinder. Apply the texture, UVW map, etc.. and when it looks good, name and save it. Now open up a wep model and go to file/merge and select the silencer, then bring it into your scene, position/scale it how you want, and group both models together, and save it as whatever.

that's it! Hey remember if these are for mods, you have to use BMP's for the 3ds textures and make copies as RSB's to put in your texture folder.  If a model has 2 textures (gun & silencer) then both RSB textures need to be in the texture folder.I know you're not into that part yet, but it's important!;)
