Help with Texturing weapons.

OK I have the correct program for max, I have my model, jpeg and rsb file. Ive placed the map onto the model and converted to .qob using the exporter.
Ive placed the model and pic files into the correct mod folders.
The model works although the muzzle end is transparent and the textures dont work.
Any ideas where I went wrong.
Thanks
Dave

That's the problem. You need to use a BMP in 3DS when making the model, as the model calls for a BMP texture, RS translates that into RSB. If you build it with a JPG, RS will not make the connection.
