You guys must fight a tiebreaker on this one...sorry, no dual wins given. If you don't fight a tiebreaker within a week, mod will win by default because they have one more kill.

The reason there has never been a tie is because there is a tie-breaker made to prevent it.  Therefore the only way a tie would happen is if the clans didn't follow the rules.  About switching clan members, you would have to ask MoD about it but it is allowed unless they have a complaint about switching now.

hey bondo, i know all about the ruls and all that, but  we were playing 2v2 so when the players left, we had to stop the cb (or else it would have been a 1v1)
besides, no one expected a to play as many tiebreakers as we did, it just worked out that way (we must have played 20 tie breakers total)  just so you know, i have emailed mod and have yet to recieve an answer, i definitly dont want to lose a clan battle becouse mod tk'ed

after doing a find for the ?M?D? clan tag  i found that  there is only one person with that tag( before there were 6 or 7) this leads me to suspect that mod has disbanded if i find this to be the case and can get someone else to prove it, can we get the win?
do a  search on gr for' mod' as well as 'm?d' and see what i mean

That is an affirmative, only one M?D shows up on the search.  So either they are disbanded or are just not having their usual names at the moment.

i ran into mystero online today(he was the mod who challenged us) and asked him what happened to mod. he affirmed to me that there is no more mod

I'm going to go out on a limb here seeing as you claim M?D disbanded and say, no you won't lose, but no you won't win as if M?D disbanded they would be removed from the ladder making it impossible for you to get credit for beating them.  Now if you had actually won the CB it would go up before M?D being taken off most likely.

well, I couldn't get in contact with the owner of the email address listed. This cb will be nullified due to MOD not existing anymore and them having the lead at the time of their disbanding.

This is a lesson to finish all cbs at one sitting, tiebreaks and all.
