The current game play videos of The Division are *DAMN cool !
Looks somehow like WoW transformed into a shooter – items with stats which are randomly generated. I think the trickiest thing is the Dark Zone. Since You can craft new items by disassembling unnecessary items there is a good chance that high level chars perform siege at extraction areas simply to get easy loot.
What do You think?

I'll pick it up next time there is a free weekend. So far I'm sticking with Raven Shield on PC and Insurgency.

I got it about 2 weeks ago on PS4. Wasn't too impressed. Sure it's nice to be able to breach walls and floors but not being able to slow open doors takes away a lot from R6.

It's a bit disappointing, to be honest. Very different from the usual R6 experience, like you said.

Not yet. Just played the alpha and first beta. Was fun, but very different compared to R6 or Raven Shield. So I'm not totally convinced yet, although the destruction and tactical possibilities if you play with friends are really great.

Maybe a bit later when I have more time for playing.

Anyone pick it up yet? Probably going to buy it in a week or two for PC. Maybe...

July 4th I'll be playing some retro rainbow six 3, ghost recon, AOEII and BF1942 with some friends.

As RVS is not playable under Yosemite, we'll probably play the PC port (if it works, but it used to).
