*DBL Rules 3.8(8) I.4 page 5:

Both clans receive 0.5wps and further to prevent  any unfair advantage based on those cbs z][t has to cb two clans, aside from Tribe, in at least 1 GhR CQB cb each until the 7th october 2005 12:00pm CET.
If z][t fails to do so the cb(#3931) will be voided, otherwise it will be approved.

z][t receives this extra penalty/demand because they would benefit most of this rule violation.

And magnetic is 100% right, it's too hard to find a cb.
I Don't know if clans doesn't enjoy playing us, or is afraid of us or why they have to say No we can't cb, even if they are 8 of their people on.

All us ( z][t ) want's is some good cb fun, that's why we joined the ladder.
And i would never say no to a cb if we had a team on, and a clan that has won so many seasons asked me for a cb. i would instead call my troops and go in that freaking game and kill that clan.

I know i'm not getting anywhere, but i still wanna take the chance to ask any clan out there who want's to do a scheduled cb? [a]? Po)| ? cO.? [:] ? any clan, please leave a note for some good cb fun.

For the RvS Ladder, clans like dr. and c| has asked me/my clan for a cb.
I'm sorry when we have rejected all these cb's, since my cd was broken and i just got it back then we only had 1 rvs player and he is inactive. ( Hawk ) - i spoke to him today and he's up for some rvs cb's but since he isnt much on anymore then it would have to be a scheduled so leave me a note or messages about date and time and i'll set it up, no worries..

Come on at night and we'll cb you... a lot of cO is in high school/college now and it's difficult to cb any euro clans... it's nothing against you.  You can't really expect clans to cb you at 7am our time (considering I haven't seen you on our time), even if I were awake and paying I wouldn't cb.


nobody has been cbing much lately, don't try to make z][t sound like victims.

I'm just wondering... but shouldn't NSF recieve warning points for cbing with unregistered members ad repeated offense... at the time of the cb's they only had the leader on members list.

We only got asked for cbs by TRIBE so far.

While we ask any clan with 3 or more guys online every day.

cO cbed z][t the first weekend of the season on a Saturday I believe which has been really the only available time for the two clans.

You refused a RvS cb which is what we play now anyway.  Please leave us out of your threads/posts until you put up an RvS team, it won't get you anywhere.

Most likely yes.  Check with Twist, he's clan leader......but I'm sure we are game for 2 on 2's.

z][t is given a chance to have their 3rd CB in a row vs Tribe count???  What about when -Po- clan battled =US= 3 times in a row, you immediately voided this match and removed a win from our record, even though that was only =US='s 2nd in a row vs -Po-.  We were never given the option to CB 2 other clans by a certain date in order for our CB to count, does this rule only apply to z][t??

Infact a lot of clans refuse to play us for some reason. Even on weekends. I mean the timezones are nobodies fault but actually during the weekends it should be possible to play at least one CB.

For our situation is no rule set up, Mauti. There should be one that sais "you have to CB each clan at least 2 times" or so... w/e ... activity is not that high on this ladder because of timezones. On the other hand I get a lot of lame excuses by certain players that always sound like: "oh no, gotta go in a bit" and these guys stay online for at least 1-2 more hours. So wtf is wrong with that.

I personally miss the fun on that and will suggest in the z][t forums not to sign up for season XII.

we've already cbd you guys your time... so you can't say we're not willing, it's just more difficult since school has started. But it seems you guys expect the US clans to cb you guys when you never come on during our main times.

And honestly mags... =US= is the only clan that has asked us for a ghr cb, the one time you guys asked us (during your time, our morning) we accepted.

Our point is if you have 8 members online then it's a bit gay to reject a cb.
As if they are from America, China, Alaska... then you have the guys, and i don't see a problem in 2-3 of them playing a cb.

This is for the euro clans too, it's not all about you baaby.  ;)

I got told by my leader that i'm not allowed to cb you, aha? - even tho they had 3-4 guys on. I don't blame ghra, they're cool guys... Some of em at least, and i understand if the problem is that their leader want's his best players to play, But in that case we tried the system but it didn't help a lot clans was still afraid of loosing sheeps. Yes it helped a bit i must admit, we z][t got the offer by a clan ( won't name it ) by playing a cb that usually takes an hour for 1 sheep, i'm in no way gonna play for 1 sheep for an hour my beloved life is too short for that  ;D.

by naming mostly US clans in your first post you made it sound as though you expect us to come on your time... maybe you would be better off coming on during our time and seeing if you can find a cb before you ask us to schedule cbs with you. I don't play scheduled cbs, that makes gaming feel more like a job... I've scheduled cbs before, ended up not making it and we get warning points... I just don't see the point in taking the risk of getting warning points when I can just come online, see if cO has enough guys to cb, and play.

That's a little hypocritical considering this whole thing is about z][t not being able to find cbs... so I say to you Stripes, "it's not all about you baaby."

I teach school, 800 had a baby, T is mad busy, Jerk is back in school, cotton is high all the time, Bobby has a business to run, Kurtz is busy with a career, Groo has to jerk off 15 times aday... etc, etc, etc....  we're just all pretty busy now.

=US=, dr., c|, [a], cO have all asked us for cb's and we've always accepted.  All of them have very fun and we'd enjoy some more.  {E} is always cool to cb and we usually play Po once or twice when schedules allow.

TRIBE, NSF never ask us for cbs I guess because they are euro or whatever.

z][t asks us on weekend morning when im usually dead tired, or dead hungover so i always say no to them.

no there is no clan preference. Your situation was a bit different and your cb was voided due the late resubmission after both clans already agreed to void the cb, neverhteless you didn't receive any wps, because the whole situation was messed up.

Further due the late submission you would have also gotten a different amount of points and suddenly Po would have exceeded the cb limit, due this late submission, and would be punished because of this.

At all we don't want to punish cbing, we want to encourage it, however there are rules to follow. z][t may could gain an unfair advantage so they have to cb 2 other clans to get this balanced out.

Decisions depend on type of ladder, circumstances, and of course rules.

Next time we would void the cb, but due the circumstance that last season you could cb as much in a row as possible on the fun ladders, I made this ruling and made a public *DBL news post so everyone else is aware of this new limit.

However your case was, as explained above, differentely in many points.
