I'm starting school this Thursday, as a sophomore, at Southern Methodist University. OK, that sounds terrifying, I know, but it's actually a really great place. I wake up with hangovers every morning.

I'm still working away at the Ford dealership.  Someday maybe the Army will take me back and I can be a grunt again.  ;D

Working as a line cook at a local italian restaurant(no, not Olive Garden), and studying culinary arts at Valencia Community College. And I don't wake up hungover every morning, but that's because I drink lots of water before, during, and after boozing, and I pop multivitamins in the morning. I do get drunk nearly every night, though. ::applause::

Last year high school + got a job, at Q-zar funhouse ( u get a gun and shoot eachother, pretty much like paintball ) this is just lasers..

We had Q-Zar in Alabama but it didnt go over so well, and I dont even know if they still exist there anymore.  (This was at least 6-8 years ago)  I was just thinking about Q-Zar the other day,  Kinda Ironic :P

My 6th year out of college, working like a slug, advancing career and I pretty much drink to pass the time.  I do graphics and marketing in-house and with my own company.

Taking my first semester at a local college named Greenville Tech. I'm going into Marketing hopefully going to transfer to Clemson Univeristy or the University of South Carolina. I work at GameStop currently part time. I don't know whether I will be advancing with this company while I am in town or not.

im here in switzerland and the school system isnt the same as over there in the US, but im on best way to go to the univerity and i would like study medicine. But b4 i can study i have to finnish this school where i am now and that takes 3 years (it takes 4 years this school and i have done now 1).

Shade, half the fun of meeting someone online is that you don't know what to expect and shit. I think I'm gonna try and meet some cO or anyone else that is close or willing to meet up this summer.

Come Sept. 20th though, I start classes at Central Washington U. in Washington.  Though if things go well I might be transfering down to UT in Austin to keep working for Aspyr (next year though).  Nonetheless, w00t.

I learned this during the summer.  I was an intern at JWT Detroit working in the RAF department on the Ford account.  I don't know how you guys run 9-5 (5pm, ha, creatives never leave on time) Monday through Friday.  Not to mention the fun 45min commute through traffic to get downtown. 

Now that I'm back at school for my Junior year at Central Michigan, I feel like my vacation has finally started.

Like I said in the Black Ops GS, there is a huge difference between playing games for enjoyment, and playing the same, busted ass piece of shit for 14 hours a day, not for enjoyment.

So that kind of answers your question Cobra, but to be more specific, im a QA tester for Aspyr on their current proejct, Stubbs The Zombie.  Cant say anything more about it without breaking my NDA, so  :-X for me.

Im in an utter state of shock and confusion at what's happening to the country around us, the arrogance of the leaders we are stuck with, and the policy and decision making process that is leading us into the abyss of god knows what, and our newfound inability to force our leaders to guide us where we WANT to go, instead of watching them drag us where we have no business being. Where reason, logic and common sense are punished, and dissent is becoming a crime. That post  addresses where im at specifically with our administration, and where im at in my life with an idealism thats being slowly crushed out of me by the hypocrisy of an administration I VOTED FOR..and defended publically.

And ABSOLUTELY most certainly NOT picking a fight. Not even remotely
GS is staying in a place where im sure this is a VERY relevant topic with 'where people are" politically,  and socially. An honorable commander being relieved for screwing ONE person while the commander in chief is responsible for screwing us ALL.

The vast majority of your post was off-topic. Specifically, the Gen. Byrne section has absolutely no cohesive connection to what is being discussed in this thread, which is what you yourself are currently doing with the little time we all have on Earth. Not General Byrne. For that, I encourage you to start a new topic, or discuss it elsewhere more relevant to the subject matter.

Anyway, I can let the ideological position slide, because this is somewhat of an umbrella topic. That, however, doesn't mean it isn't somewhat out of left field, considering the previous responses in this thread. And I never specifically mentioned GS, only that I found your post to be potentially inflammatory. I simply don't understand the need to make political sentiment all-pervasive on this board- for that there are, as I said, specific topics, times, and places.

I quit school, took an internship at an ad agency, worked up to a job as web developer in ad agency (i've got to do a bunch of microsoft projects...). Currently thinking of going to SVA in new york to study Photography. I drink whisky, dark beers, and hieneken, my drinking isn't at problem status yet. And i smoke bitches all day long with my sniper rifle in battlefield 2 on pc. I'm not a pc whore, i have my g5, and a l33t pc for gaming. The way it should be done.

Bigpat works as a bmw tech, spends all his money on a car (its actually nice, no ricing), and he doesn't drink nearly as much as i do. Likes eating chickenwings at the bar, and unicorns. Lost a footrace to me, when i was drunk... all kinds of good stuff.

And i heard from Electronicjo last week, he is on PC (shity dell, comparable to the pink ibook he had) going to college, studying Macro N00bOwnZ0rship. And sometimes plays battlefield 2 demo.

As for me...

Graduated from University at last, with a big fat 1st Class degree. About to start work at a film production company near me, mean while desperately trying to finnish off several free lance projects. Still working as a big fucking bouncer in some very nice clubs/bars and finding it hard not to drool over the very attractive punters.
Drinking to much whisky, not getting enough exercise, eating what appears to be my body mass of food daily, and still hitting my head on door frames.

Oh yes and I'm pretty much disgusted more than i could ever believe at the state of the world right now - mostly thanks to My best buddy, mr Fuckwit and his merry band of retards, yes its the man  himself George Dubbya.
