Doubt it. Rebel stands by every Xbox game. With very good reason, I might add. Anyway, for those of you who own Xboxes and haven't had the pleasure of completing Jade Empire, I suggest that you do so ASAP. I was skeptical about it at first but I indulged and I now have a new favorite RPG. It's as sweet as Fable but twice as long.

I tried the Demo, it seemed neat, but I haven't had the time to play any other game besides Halo 2.  I recently joined a huge ass clan so when I'm not working 9-5 I'm on the box.

Crypt, will you come back for some ownage when the new maps come out?

Although Halo 2 was great when it came out...i do have to agree with Guest in this situation. The updates that Bungie made did not benefit the game. Making grenades amazing, making the battle rifle more accurate, and adding strange gametypes did not help the game's "fun factor". For the time i was professional, the game was great. Winning money and playing against the best teams on Live such as StK, FEAR, and Check Six was more then I could have asked for in a game. Although i agree with Bungie that patching was needed, the type of patching they did was not what was needed. They simply changed the game to a more nade focused game in which people struggle for grenades and battle rifles. Hey, for the amount of time before the patch, the game was great. For me, the patch killed the fun because it did not do the things it promised it would. They promised "no more standby" and that was all a lie. In the first day of the patch's deployment I was standby'd twice in a bomb game on Zanzibar and Midship. Many people still enjoy the game, but most of the elite professionals have left it in search of a game in which those who practice all the time and know the game like the back of their hand will be the best. Halo is not this.

Yes, the game is become a bit boring right now. And the worst thing is, there is no better game out to xbox at the moment that can win over Halo2. Which is pretty sad.

Well, I'm still having fun, because it's a game.  I honestly like the grenade changes.  It weeds out those who don't know how to use them as well as the changes to human weapons only.  That truly tells you who can use the battle rifle w/o the plasma combo. 

For the record, I have only been attempted to be standby'd once since the update, and they didn't succeed.

Yeah, Ghost Recon 2 is only $24.99 at GameStop now. Pick it up if you haven't tried it yet. I just might get it. There is a huge new mission pack with 16 or so new maps coming out by the end of the summer so if that's not breathing new life into a game then I don't know what is.

I could really do without the nade update. They went too far and made the grenades like nukes....the only real thing they needed to do with them is when the grenade is at ur feet, it kills you. Before the patch when a grenade was at ur feet, u were fine, after, if the grenade was 5 ft from u u were fucked. I think the patch went too far. No reason crying over spilled milk tho, what we say will never change anything. I just moved on to Counter Strike Source and PokerStars. If anyone is lookin for me on Pokerstars...account name Ven33.

I hope bungie and xbox live are aware that people are now modding/hacking Halo 2. I played a game last night with a person who flew a warthog like it was a ghost, and was constantly braggin about how his hacked xbox can delete all the negative feedback he gets. I sent in a c.heating report but I can't look up the players name for some reason. If you see i2d|ReMiX|, give him some crap

 Email h2cheats@microsoft.com with his gamertag along with a link to the game on bungie.net and a description of what happened.  It's supposed to speed up the process.  I had a guy flying like superman on Containment with a battle rifle.

Thats the problem though, I did send in a cheating report, but because I quit the game in disgust early the game doesn't show up under my halo 2 stats. Also I've tried searching the guys name but it doesn't show up on bungie.net, I don't know if they already blacklisted him or what.

Try one of your friends you played with under the game, they might have it in their game history.
Although it usually stands in your game history, but under that the game was unconclusive or similiar.

I was in a custom game yesterday with some 14 yr old kid that blatantly told us that he modded his xbox to get his level 39 in order to play with better players and learn how to get better faster.

I hope this bungie banhammer picks up soon as I hear about hacks more and more everyday from people.  It's becoming extremely frequent.

Sounds like i got out of Halo 2 at the right time. Battlefield 2 is by far one of the greatest games ive ever played. If it ever comes out for mac hit me up if u wanna play. O yeah...that kid needs a good smackin and that is yet another reason why i dont join any clans that allow those under the age of 18 in.

How could they possibly tell how old you are? I have a buddy that sounds like he's a bit younger online, but he's big and strong enough to be a linebacker.

Its not really a real age limit its more of a "maturity limit". In other words, if u act like ur 18 then ur 18, if u act like ur 10 then ur 10.
