cO was 18 minutes late. Lag test started at around 10:48 am western time, once their last member joined the server which had opened at 10:36. Po was on time since 9:55, waiting for cO to show. cO had been warned to join the server by Mauti or face consequences. The CB started right after lag tests at 10:56...

cO accepted the penalty in the CB.

cO confirmed our win once we submitted it

We followed DBL rules.

We were under admin supervision.

We did not ask for a penalty in any shape or form, but accepted it once offered.

Penalty was given to cO for being late by an admin without our influence. If anyone here is to be blamed, is them, do not look for scape goats!

Twist called the score of 1-0 Po right before we started Red Square (first map) and told us to X up. A screen shot of that exists by kitkat.

We played the CB.

Po won. Final score 5-3.

Po submited.

cO confirmed the win.

Game Over.

Wether it's legal or not is beside the point; it was a cowardly, pitiful and dishonorable thing to do.

I stand firmly with cO on this. What you did was absolutely discraceful.


You accepted an in game penalty for something completely unrelated to the game, you're the one to be blamed.

This is the second time cO feels cheated by an admin in the finals. Last time was a glitching issue vs z][t on Vilnius in season 7 or 8. I can understand they are mad.

But

This is also the second time they spread poison because they are unhappy.
This is the second time they say they won't participate in another season.

I don't think you should tell pO they got a handicapped win when you wouldn't flinch for a second to accept a win after the possible glitch on Vilnius.

What happened was really unsportsmanlike, but not pO's fault ONLY.
It was the admin, pO and cO.

What you are doing now is much worse.

PO showed that they're a bunch of pitiful cowards. The admin who offered that simply showed that he/she is a moron, or that he or she was relying on the fact that PO would show --- not even good, simply ACCEPTABLE sportsmanship and refuse the penalty.

Po)|  played clean and by the rules the whole season. You Typhy, call us cowards... well, coming from you and your twisted view of what is right and wrong, is actually a compliment. It is people like you, that talk out of their asses, without knowing the facts, and out of pure irritability and ignorance - that make this league unpleasant at times. We defeated cO in good lid. Even without the penalty we would have certainly won. Po did not accept anything that wasn't ilegal... it was offered by an administrator after cO came under fault for being over 18 minutes late to start the lag test. It was our right, and the rules are there to guide in this type of circumstance. cO knew I needed to go , and they played the delay of game tactic, well it backfired. Was this the honorable thing to do, knowing your opponentes needed to leave soon, so wait it out and see if this way they could win easier..... or being willing to not accept a loss to zt in last years final cause of a glitch that didn't exist. If this is your wicked sense of whats honorable, then I want to be dishonest !

Typhy, you may speak what you want, but that will not give you reason. One day you will learn the lesson in life that breaking rules has its consequences, and the only one to be blamed is the infractor. Nice way to try and "twist" the facts in a certain favor (pun intended !!!).

The DAMN admis are working on a solution to the situation.  Please stop the flames and let the admins handle it.  The community will have their say soon.

As if the Po)| guys couldn't have waited 6 (or even 18) frickin' minutes... but had to whine about it to get an advantage. Very lame and unsportsmanlike.

About the ruling respectively the 1-0 headstart penalty... something had to be done. The set deadline was broken and then Po)| accepted a penalty. Don't blame *DAMN or Mauti... blame Po)| for being bad sportsmen and even worse winners.

This isn't a matter of twisting facts. The FACT is that you accepted a penalty that was completely unrelated to the game, which was a cowardly and unsportsmanlike thing to do. I'm not going to bother responding to your rambling insults.

The penalty was about a game issue... the start of it.... see, your ignorance manifests itself again!

blame cO for breaking the deadline... and ignoring the warnings Mauti gave them to all get in the room and start on time....

Can we wait for an official post by an admin... in which niether cO nor Po can post in. Let's not start the flaming.

You are in no way involved in this matter and if I were still an admin I would be handing out
warnings to you in a big way for flaming this thread. This isnt the General Gossip, its the DAMN
Battle League forums.

I would like to take the time to say the admins wokred very hard attempting to make amends to the situation.  Po)|'s Official Recount has once again shown the lack of respect that the community has for the DAMN Administration. 

After reading the recount posted in the admin area ---> We will not accept to cb cO once again under any circumstance, for us, it is over. If the administrators decide to rule an error, etc. and demand a rematch, you might as well give cO the title, we will not be a part of it. ---> I have come to realize no matter what the admins decide, no good will come of this.  So I will wash my hands of this and hang my head in shame, for there is NO point of perusing the issue any further.

I would like to thank the two clans involved for wasting our time for the past 3 days in an attempt to make ammends to the situation.

I'm sorry it turned out this way, but everything I have said I still stand by... Po is probably the most unsportman clan that I have ever seen... to even accept this penalty in the superfinals is low enough, but then to refuse to clan battle us on even odds just goes to show how cowardly Po is.  I am no longer an admin as I have reigned so I stand by this comment.  My feelings are that of my own and not of my clan as a whole.
-But most of all I'm sorry on behalf of cO for putting the admins through quite a bit of work for, what turned out to be, such a big waste of time.  And Mauti, I don't hold this aginst you one bit, I didn't want this issue to get mixed up even more.
