beware? ::lol:: they don't have a nearly as big selection as the iTMS, and probably will never have. Apple has the connections to the labels and 88c for this kind of songs isn't even cheap.

300 000 songs and growing. Besides, unlike itTunes, the mp3 files arent protected so you can exchange them with a buddy.  ::applause::

that's illeagal bobby.  Anywho iTunes music Store just looks so much better along with the fact it's made by Apple... this sure won't take ITMS's top spot.

ITM never has anything i'm looking for. Even in abnds that are more popular, they just have greatest hits and shit like that/

Also noteworthy: iTMS DRM can be removed by simply burning to CD and reimporting.

well if the same song's available on both websites, i wouldnt hesitate a sec. 11 cents cheaper, and better quality.

Increadalble, could they have possibly ripped of the GUI of the apple store any more well apart from sticking some apple logo's on ;)

Try using your fucking heads you stingy bastards rather than creaming off the creative ideas of others.  >:(

goes without saying GS ;) But it is absurd - i mean that interface is not just a bad imitation, its the bloody same thing! I thought there were some copy rights that would cover the iTMS / Itunes...

true, you only copy from the best, so thats a good sign. Still peeves me off a bit - I was looking at those new sony iPod ripoffs the other day... everyone is at it, rip rip rip!

Then again... thats what they are famous for u could say - setting the trend for everyone else to follow (just not as well ;) )

Although there's absolutely no reason to remove the DRM.

Not better quality... Mp3 might be good. But quality is nothing it has.
You can download songs from iTMS with AAC encoding, which is better quality and smaller files.
If I were able, I would go with iTMS.. Because I feel much safer with iTMS, then this "mp3tunes".
Mostly because the site is webbased, and iTMS isn't.

Actually iTMS is web-based inside of a mini-browser of sorts. Though AAC is basically MP4 which long surpassed MP3.

This probably isn't even iTunes' 1,634th best challenger. I'd much rather buy from one of the other million copiers.
