Second - It's the clans choice wether or not to CB on a ladder. Third - Clans like Po)| and [:] probably have a very few amount of people who play RvS and therefore they won't be able to cb as much but they still signed up for the ladder just in case they did want to cb. Their status is inactive until they cb so they won't fuck up the rankings. They can play what they want to play.

In theory if Proof and Vic teamed up with a new clan (we'll call it ProVic) then as long as their 'original' clans didn't start on the ladder there would be nothing wrong with them competing on the ladder as ProVic
