Title: Gaming Console Post by: macfan007 on January 06, 2005, 10:22:27 pm Hey guys,
I have a eMac 1.25 Ghz G4 and a playstation 2. Currently my computer is upstairs while my PS2 is downstairs. Is there an adapter that will allow me to play my PS2 on my eMac. It seems if the older macs could do it (horrible quality I know) then the eMac or other macs should be able to do it. Thanks for your help. There are however ps2 Emulaters that allow you to run your games on your mac Title: Re: Gaming Console Post by: *DAMN Bondo on January 07, 2005, 12:54:54 am I'd suggest that if you have a PS2, play your PS2 games on your PS2...I don't really know what benefit playing on the Mac would offer...worse controls, worse performance.
As to using a VGA adapter to play on a computer monitor...that wouldn't work with an eMac since it isn't a VGA monitor, doesn't have an video imput AFAIK either. Title: Re: Gaming Console Post by: crypt on January 07, 2005, 02:06:09 am Get an Xbox, throw the PS2 out of the window. Problem solved.
