Title: A Mess-O-Potamia Post by: c| Lone-Wolf on September 17, 2004, 04:54:55 am So, have just heard the very brief synopsis of the report, but apparently an intelligence report was released today, and gives these two best/worst case scenarios for Iraq.
Best case: Very weak Iraqi government, that will probably require significant U.S. backing Worse case: Full-blown civil war. Anybody find a link to a complete transcript or better idea of whats inside it?
