How would it compare to the times a Euro would normally login/logout. Some things to consider. And one huge indicator is if he ever changes his location. Anyway, forget everything I already said in my previous post. If you want to find out whether or not he's stripes, simply have him host a game and check your ping. Then when you see stripes online, have him host a game and check your ping. A simple comparison will be able to tell you if they're NOT the same person, but it won't tell you if they are the same person.
