Every night when my dad gets home he let's my dog out to run around in the front lawn. Tonight he did the same as usual, he went inside for 3 min to get a beer. I walk out during this period to find some asshole walking his dog down my street yelling and spraying my dog with pepper spray.  I live close to a corner and he is already bolted around it when he sees me. My dog is a 1 and a half year old chocolate Lab and would never hurt a fly. He is running around crying squealing with his face in grass trying to rub it off. I run after this guy and catch him down the street. I asked him " did you spray my dog with something"? He says: "yes he was growling at me" i told him right there; listen motherfucker you're a liar and you're a fucking pussy. He started talking shit to me saying he will do it again. So i just fucking decked him right there in his jaw  laid him out on the ground this dude looked about 35 i am 17 in 10 days. He gets back up and hits me with a brick on the back. I get pissed off even more and knock him down and get on top of him and just start rearranging his face. When all i could see is blood i get off him and run home (10 min later) and  try to grab my dog so i can bath him and get the pepper spay off him, and i end up getting the shit on me. That is the most painful shit ever id rather be shot or stabbed. He seems to be doing good now and the cops are probably coming so if i don't respond tonight I'm in jail, but it was worth it the neighbors saw the whole things so they can take me side fuck the leash law he just wanted to play with the other dog.

Wow, Maniac. I feel your pain. If anyone were ever to fuck with me, my family, friends, or any my dog, then i would do just about anything but kill them. I'd take whatever was coming to me too. Just reading this makes me want to beat the shit out of the guy too.

Oh, and needless to say, I doubt anyone around (especially him) won't fuck with you or your dog ever again.

The asshole called the cops and they came to my house and gave me a ticket. The only reason i didn't go to jail was because tomorrow is my first day of school.

How old was this guy? and how would he have the nerve to spray a dog (lab) in the face with mace. I would have done exactly what you did. Good job man.

The school excuse never works for me. "But I have school tomorrow!" Their simple response; "tough, get in the car".

I did the same thing to the meater reader guy who came to my house.. He didnt knock on my door to ask me to bring my dog inside (who was in the back yard fenced in) He just walked up to the fence... Sprayed my dog.. got his reading and was walking in front of my house to the next house when i saw my dog aand ran after him.. The guy ended up getting a ride in a police car for doing it and they told me that I was just defending my property.. but like I said.. My dog was fenced in in the back yard and she was 18 yrs old wit hrealy bad arthritus.. she could not move very fast anyway.. He got what he deserved.. I think they charged him with crualty to animals.

How you can point and spray that in an animals eyes is beyond me, I can see doing it, if the animal was actually harming you.

By the way, when I was in the Army we used to have to play cs wars (red pepper spray...even stronger than mace).  They made us do that just to see what the effects of it were on us, so we would be prepared if anyone ever tried to use it on us (experience is the BEST teacher!).

Bobby the fact of the matter is, we don't care everyone here that has posted can relate to this. You on the other hand can't so it is hard for you to understand. If it were someone or thing important to you it wold be a whole different story. I think what i did was right and thats all that matters.

I commend you maniac, you did the right thing.  I'm sure I would have done the same (or tried - i might have gotten my ass beat).  I have a puppy too and even just stepping on her foot makes me wince...

Same thing kinda happened to me a while ago....cept it had nothing to do with dogs, or cops just me kickin some kids ass. We were playin hockey and the bitch wound up and smacked me in the back of the knee so i got on top of him and let him meet my friends right and left. Kid didnt call the cops tho....

P.S. At least even if he doesn't get the ticket in court, you got to beat the shit out of him.

Do it while you can, cause the day you turn 18 the and do shit like that the cops will haul your ass in and slap you with a few charges of aggravated assault, then you'll hafta shell out a few grand for an attourney. Best thing to do is find out where the fuck in question lives, then wait a few weeks, and apply anonomous revenge liberally.

      I got a court date set for like a month from now, and i am going to get a lawyer to handle all of this. All i know is if this guy gets me time, when i get out he is fucked. He will have to sleep with one eye open with a gun. He shouldn't of ever done that, and he is lucky he didn't blind him or i would of been the one using a brick.
