Has anyone been following the development of this game. I looks real interesting and is quite similar the Americas Army Auth. Servers from what I can tell. They will be looking for more testers very soon from what the website says to do a "stress test" on there auth. servers. Im gonna try and sign up. Im sure they need lots of testers to do this stress test.

It looks like its going to be a free download but there will be a monthly fee. They say the fee will be under $15 per month and will give some sort of price break if you buy a bundle like a 3 months of service or something like that.  This game is a combination of role play and fps. You can build empires buy making a clan and working together or you can be a rogue agent scavaging the universe to survive, or you can join empires and be some sort of double agent. Looks like there is a llimitless way to go. Looks fun.

Just out of curiosity, I might look into it but how many of you might want to work together here and represent the community as a team to conquer all others?  ;D

The game looks exactly like the PlayStation 1 game Colony Wars (1 + 2). They use even the same font. Looks like they have bought the engine from Psygnosis.

I played the beta of that with ultimo like a year ago.  Hated it.

I can see why maybe because it was a year ago and still in a testing stage. They said that lots of things have been added and fixed and is about to go into full release for mutli-platforms at once. Windoz, OS X, and linux.

I hope they have some sort of demo to try it out fist before you go and pay a month/year subscription.

good call on the colony wars thing malti. those games kicked ass. the engine is their own though.

looks a little like www.eve-online.com perhaps a lot. but the sad thing is that eve was never avail for mac, bleh. be cool to see how this one wurks.

I really am looking forward to it. I just hope they have the sense to offer a reasonable yearly fee not some huge $180 (15 dollars a month) to play a game.

i'm not a fan of monthly fees, i must say. i would much rather do a pay as you go thing, where you pay like a buck for every hour you play, and have a certain amount of hours you can reach where you don't have to pay anymore for that month. like if the limit was 10, and you play 15 hours, then you pay only 10 bucks for that month. that way if you're inactive for a while, you don't have to worry about dealing with any bills, or whatever.

This game is about as much fun as pop-pop, its only fun after you do about 4 hours of confusing cargo missions. its crap.

They are taking new applications to beta test this game. Core Ross, MP5 Mysterio and myself are currently beta testing it. I can say the game is very addictive and very difficult when you begin. Maybe Myst can write some sort of review for the game, he plays alot more then myself.

They aim to release this game to the public in about a month but I really dont see that happening.

Besides the fact that this looks just like HW2, monthly fees suck. You end up paying more for a game then you ever would just buying one at the store. I am DLing the free trial. I'll see how it goes.
