"Think Secret reports they have a confirmed source regarding smaller, sleeker iPods to be released in the first few weeks of August, prior to Apple's Expo Paris beginning August 31. The new models are expected to come in a variety of colors, including purple, orange, and yellow. Design is said to be similar to the iPod Mini, although retaining features only available on the current full-sized iPod. Pricing is expected to remain somewhat constant with current levels. Size increase is rumored to top out at 60 GB, using a Toshiba drive." If they can get it in before my birthday I'll be very happy. Title: Re:Think Secret *Confrims* New iPods early August. Post by: Maniac on July 17, 2004, 08:57:29 pm If they can get a normal ipod to 60GB, why can't they get a mini to at least 10 or 15GB? 60GB is too much anyway that can hold like 20,0000 songs which 99% people don't like that many songs, or don't the time to download that many.

Post by: Civrock on July 18, 2004, 03:32:44 am umm... you can use the iPod as external harddrive. a lot of people i know are doing that to save data or to take data to friends, etc... important advantage of iPods with big harddrive... they are not only useful for music.
