Title: Macintosh Video Card??

hey everybody... i just recently recieved a nVidia GeForce 4 MX 440, for free from a friend.  I want to know if i can put it in my G4 without alot of trouble. s there really a difference between PC cards, and mac cards? can i just test it out, and not have it fuck up my whole system?? please help me out, thnx

     You'll have to flash the ROM to put Mac-compatible firmware on it. Google on the topic and you can find the needed programs and whatnot. You'll need to have someone with a Mac GF4MX copy their card's ROM for you, because that's what you'll need to flash onto the PC card. From what I've read on the subject, flashing works MOST of the time.
