Just to give you a little background information of General Zinni, he was a Marine General. He got his commision and became a second LT in Viet Nam. He gradually worked his way up through the ranks until he became CentComm commander. After that he was Bush's special envoy to the Middle East until he resigned when Bush invaded Iraq.
