Sorry that my moral standards are just a little higher than yours, but that image would not have been allowed on TV in the 1950's. And the only thing that has changed since then is everyone's acceptance of what crosses the line. So just because the mass of society now accepts things as being main-stream that just 20 or 30 years ago wasn't, doesn't automatically make it right. Also, I would rather not let my daughter see things like that at 4 years of age, which, I believe, is my right as her father. Now my computer is in the living room and sometimes my little girl comes and sits on my lap while I'm using the computer and I don't want her seeing that trash. Half a dozen "new words" at the age of 4, or that some people enjoy spamming picture's of their ass on the internet? I'm not saying that I don't agree with you that your daughter shouldn't be looking at things like that, however, I think if your daughter is looking at these forums, then she's going to see much worse things than that. |
