People, please, spell it right: definitely Not to brag, but I believe that I am one of the better spellers on this forum, but I will admit to "definitely" being my achilles foot. Without thinking about it, I'll spell it with an "a," but if I think about it, the root is "definite," which I know how to spell. I don't know why I spell "definitely" with an "a." It's just one of those few words that really get me. Another word is "separate." I know it's spelled "separate," but for years I thought it was "seperate." Finally, one that always got me: "genius" I even once falsely corrected someone that wrote it as "genius," telling them it was "genious." Didn't I feel like an ass. ;) *** After looking back at the list, it made me feel good to find that separate and definitely were both on there. ...no genius though... *** After looking back to the "150 more," I found genius!!! yay!
