Beats me, go drive in your parents BMW and try to flaunt yourself more and you might find out. Why the fuck would you even need to mention the overly large HD you will never fill. The size doesn't matter whatsoever, and even the HD speed won't change jackshit for VPC really.

Yeah, I accualy fill up a lot of my HD as it is... I have about 70.2 GB of usable space, and I have like 15GB open... I do some minor video editing, and 2 hours of film is about 25-30GB (my last was 27GB, some have been over 30GB, ect..)

First off, learn to log in when you are on a different computer. Doesn't take much, even you could do it.

Second, you completely ignored the point that your HD size does not matter for your question.

Third, for the 15687985418th time, we don't care about your money; we are not impressed. You think you are slick by not stating it explicitly, but we all know you are trying to flaunt it. Stop. It's annoying. For fuck's sake, I'm sure there are people with richer families here on the forums. And, perish the thought, there are people here who actually have had to work for their money. First, a PC emulation as it  VPC is will never run as fast as a "real" PC. SO u should not believe that your 800 Mhz G4 can emulate a 1 Ghz AMD, it is more realistic to say that it will run like a 500-700 Mhz PII or PIII but not faster, b/c its is only a Software.
I love my MAC, but i have to say that emulation can never reach a PC's speed.

Second, u will get prbs to get your PC games running b/c of DirectX, all PC games use it but the VPC when i remember correct can not use it correctly because of the hardware, may be u can get some older games run or some with out 3D, but all 3D games wont work, or u have much luck. Believe me, i tried it out !

As someone who has done extensive video editing, I can say without a doubt that 2 hours of footage takes up much, much more than 30 gigs.

BlackHand - I exspect that you have done more then I have, but from my Sony MinyDV camera, I pulled (?) two hours (accualy 1:45) on to my external via iMovie... It's not the best quality, but it's like 30GB...
