Title: Error on Raven Shield. Post by: Night Hawk on January 01, 2004, 05:45:35 am Ok guys, got another problem with raven shield (by the way ty for helping me on that other one, all solved), now on this one...
Recently my comp crashed due to my internet and cable provider, we lost everything. My bro reinstalled OSX, OS9, the works. I decided to reinstall rvs. So i install, goes smoothly and then when i try to open it, it says it unexpectedly quit. There cant be any prefrences to delete cuz it hasnt started up yet. I tried reinstalling which failed, i tried restarting that failed. So (I ask myself) must it be the CD? (cough i Dled rvs cough) and i mounted the image on the CD. so whats wrong, it worked before the comp crashed, perfectly. help? suggestions? anything? ??? From the log i can tell that either a. ur running too low a version of 10.2 to play or RvS isnt agreeing with ur mounted IMG. Lemme give u a suggestion. Get 50 bucks and go buy the game. Point made.

/Users/scott/Public/Drop Box/Rainbow Six 3 - Raven Shield/Raven Shield.app my guess is that you don't have any read/write/execute permissions in the drop box.
